Our lovely housekeeper Saida has been with us for over 19 years.
A wonderful cook and charming hostess Saida prepares her exceptional Moroccan cuisine with great passion.
- Tagines of all kinds.
- The best couscous on earth with her famous caramelised onions and raisins.
- Endless traditional salads
- Moroccan cakes & mint tea
and much more…
- Packed lunches / picnic baskets are available on request for those who wish to go exploring for the day (to the lake or further up into the Atlas mountains).
Many have tried to take Saida and her cooking home with them…
Your stay includes breakfast each day.
For lunches and dinners, our housekeeper will be happy to cook for you. You just need to provide her with food shopping money and she will do the shopping for you (this is what I recommend as she will be doing the cooking and knows what she requires). I suggest that you pay an extra €100 in advance so that I can have her do the food shopping before you arrive. This is what most guests do and it works very well. You will enjoy great cooking at market prices, saving you a lot of money on food in comparison to staying in hotels.
